  • Is the event in English or Dutch?
    The live program will be in English. We have an international community, and English makes it accessible for everyone. Don’t worry — it will be conversational, warm, and easy to follow.
  • What kind of atmosphere can I expect?
    Think of this event less like a formal conference, and more like being welcomed into a space designed for connection. Every detail is thoughtfully prepared — from the organic lunches to the shared dinner, from the intimate group size to the inspiring natural surroundings.    We want you to feel comfortable, supported, and energized throughout the two days. Beyond Interior Design LIVE is about clarity and transformation, but equally about contribution and creating moments that stay with you. You’ll leave not only with strategies for your studio, but with a sense of connection to yourself, to your peers, and to a bigger vision of what’s possible.
  • What if I can’t attend both days?
    To get the full transformation, we recommend you join both days. Every session builds on the next, and you’ll want to be fully immersed. (And honestly — give yourself this gift. Two days for your business, your future, and yourself).
  • Do I have to come alone?
    Not at all. You’re very welcome to join on your own, but you can also bring a colleague or co-worker — as long as they’re an interior designer too. Just keep in mind that every participant needs their own ticket. And even if you arrive solo, you’ll leave with new friends, collaborators, and sparring partners. The intimate group setting makes it natural to connect.
  • What’s included in the ticket price?
    Your ticket includes two full days of program with all sessions and materials, two organic vegetarian lunches, coffee, tea and drinks throughout, and a shared dinner on Day 1. Everything is prepared with care so you can stay fully in the flow, without having to worry about a thing. If you’d like to stay overnight, just reach out to us — we’ll gladly advise you on the best hotel options nearby.
  • Is this tax-deductible?Yes, of course. You are a business owner, a self-employed entrepreneur — so this event counts as professional development. It’s training, it’s education, it’s a business expense. In most cases you can simply write it off. (If you want to be 100% sure, just double-check with your accountant.
  • Are there funding options for my ticket?
    Yes! If you’re based in the Netherlands, you can use the PPO budget (Private Professional Development) to cover part of your ticket — up to €1,000 per year for training and education.

    If you’re joining us from another country, it’s definitely worth checking with your local government or professional development schemes. Many countries (such as Belgium, Germany, or France) offer similar options to support lifelong learning and training.

  • How do I get there?
    The event takes place at AMORV – Space to be, Schieweg 210, 2636 KA Schipluiden. It’s a beautiful venue surrounded by nature, yet easy to reach. You can come by car (free parking is available) or by public transport — Delft is the nearest train station, and from there it’s just a short taxi or bus ride. We’ll send you all practical details after you sign up, so your journey will be smooth and relaxed.
  • Do you recommend staying overnight?
    An overnight stay keeps you in the flow, removes travel, and gives you a fresh start on day two. It’s optional and not included. After you reserve your seat, we’ll send a curated shortlist of nearby hotels with breakfast. You book directly with the hotel.
  • What if the event is sold out?
    Seats are limited to 20 participants, and several are already reserved by Beyond Interior Design Club members. Once it’s full, it’s full. If you’re considering it, don’t wait too long.
  • What if something comes up and I can’t attend?
    Life happens — we understand. Up to 30 days before the event, you can cancel free of charge or move your ticket to a future edition. If it’s closer to the date, just reach out — we’ll always look for the best solution together.
  • What if I run out of questions about the event?
